Ultrafiltration installation for protein concentration – publication available
We invite you to read the publication summarizing the engineering activities of our team undertaken to modify the traditional process using only the spray tower. Thanks to the use of a number of additional elements, such as a heat exchanger, a centrifuge, a proprietary ultrafiltration installation and an enzyme feeder, a significant reduction in the energy demand of the process has been achieved. Over the course of over 3 years, the described installation produced about 40 million tons of condensed protein.
